Does the $199 threshold include my gift item?

No — it's based on your paid subtotal before either code is applied.

Can I get a custom size as my free gift?

Not currently — the gift is limited to Tonella's ready-to-ship colors (Khaki, Light Camel, Ivory, Pink, Light Ivory) in 52"×84", 52"×96", or 52"×108", one set of 2 panels per order.

What if my order drops below $199 after a return?

If a return brings your order under the $199 threshold, the gift curtain set or $39 credit will be deducted from your refund.
