Can I order fabric swatches? +

Yes! Fabric swatches are free; you only pay $4.99 for shipping. Ordering swatches helps you see the color and texture before committing to a full custom curtain order.

How do I measure for my drapes? +

Measure the length of your curtain rod (or the inside window width for inside-mount). Choose your preferred drape length: Above Floor (½"), Kiss Floor, or Puddle (2"). This ensures a perfect fit for your custom or ready-made curtains.

What’s the difference between ready-made and custom drapes? +

Ready-made drapes come in standard sizes and can be returned if unused. Custom drapes are crafted specifically for your window dimensions and cannot be returned.

Can I return custom curtains? +

Custom curtains are made-to-order for your specific window dimensions and cannot be returned. To ensure you love the fabric and color, we recommend ordering free fabric swatches before placing your custom order.

How long will it take to receive my drapes? +

Our drapes are carefully handcrafted. Processing time is 7–10 business days (holiday season: 13–35). Delivery time: 7–10 business days within the U.S. and 10–15 business days to Canada.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Yes! All U.S. & Canada orders ship free, including ready-made and custom drapes, curtain rods, rings, and other hardware.
