Return & Refund Policy

At BGment, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. As most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we strongly recommend ordering Sample Booklets or Swatches before placing a full order to ensure the fabric texture and color meet your expectations.

1. Return Eligibility Overview

  • Made-to-Order Items (Custom Curtains, Roman Shades, Blinds): These products are crafted specifically according to your measurements and selections. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or style preference.
  • Ready-Made Items & Hardware: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Sample Booklets / Swatches: All sample orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)

If an issue is caused by BGment — including but not limited to manufacturing defects, incorrect size or color sent, or damage during transit — we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Fully covered by BGment.
  • Reporting Timeframe: Please contact us at hello@bgment.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include clear photos showing the issue.
  • Size Tolerance: In accordance with industry standards, a size variance of ±1 inch is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a defect.

3. Returns for Customer Reasons (Ready-Made Items Only)

If you wish to return a Ready-Made item or Hardware for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed), the following conditions apply:

  • Return Window: A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 3–5 business days), we will initiate your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: May be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Standard (Ready-Made) Orders: May be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact both the carrier and BGment immediately.
  • If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund once the investigation is completed.
