Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your custom curtains and shades as quickly as possible. Since all BGment products are crafted to order based on your specific requirements, please review the processing and shipping details outlined below.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all curtain, shade, and hardware orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Canada.
  • Sample Orders: Swatch and sample orders are subject to a flat shipping and handling fee of $4.99.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is calculated by combining processing (crafting) time and shipping transit time. All timeframes are listed in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended. The most accurate estimated delivery date will always be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We select the most appropriate carrier based on your destination and package weight to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Our primary shipping partners include:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • USPS
  • All shipments are delivered via door-to-door service.
  • Address Restrictions: We currently ship to physical street addresses (residential or commercial) only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.
  • You may track your shipment directly on the carrier’s official website.

5. Modification of Shipping Address

Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

6. Duties and Taxes

  • United States: No additional charges. All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total.
  • Canada: We strive to cover duties in most regions. However, in certain cases, Canadian Customs may impose Import VAT/GST or other government fees. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
