1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, as available at checkout:

  • Installment or financing options such as Klarna (where available)

2. Currency

All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. If your payment provider uses a different currency, exchange rates and any conversion fees are determined by your bank or payment provider.

3. When You Are Charged

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. By submitting your order, you authorize BGment to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping charges, as displayed at checkout.

4. Installment Payments (If Applicable)

If you choose an installment or financing option offered by a third-party provider (such as Klarna), your installment agreement is governed by that provider’s own terms and conditions. BGment does not control approval decisions, repayment schedules, or fees assessed by the financing provider.

5. Billing Accuracy & Order Review

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, authorization issues, pricing errors, or stock availability. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refund processing typically begins after the returned item is received and inspected (where applicable).
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
