Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your carrier and tracking number. If you haven’t seen updates yet, your order may still be in production. For full tracking guidance, please visit our Shipping & Delivery FAQ page.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the type of product ordered and includes both processing (crafting) time and shipping transit time. Custom drapes are made to order and typically arrive within 14–20 business days. Ready-made items and hardware usually arrive within 6–10 business days. Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re able to make changes only before production begins. Once your custom order enters production, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What should I do if I received the wrong size, color, or item?
If something seems incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue promptly and guide you through the next steps. For return and replacement guidelines, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
Carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered a few hours early. Please check around your property, shared mail areas, or with neighbors first. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
