How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is picked up by a carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

The carrier name
-
Your tracking number

A direct link to the tracking page (when provided by the carrier)
You can track your order in ANY of these ways:
① Click the tracking link in our email
This is the fastest and most accurate method. You’ll see real-time updates directly from the carrier.
② Visit the carrier’s official website manually
Enter your tracking number into the carrier’s tracking page (USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL).
③ Contact the carrier for delivery coordination
If you need to update delivery instructions or schedule a drop-off window, you can call the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Important Notes:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

If tracking shows “Label Created”, it means the package has been prepared but not yet scanned at the carrier facility.

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first—they often have more precise GPS logs.
