How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is picked up by a carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • The carrier name

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to the tracking page (when provided by the carrier)

You can track your order in ANY of these ways:

① Click the tracking link in our email

This is the fastest and most accurate method. You’ll see real-time updates directly from the carrier.

② Visit the carrier’s official website manually

Enter your tracking number into the carrier’s tracking page (USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL).

③ Contact the carrier for delivery coordination

If you need to update delivery instructions or schedule a drop-off window, you can call the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Important Notes:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

  • If tracking shows “Label Created”, it means the package has been prepared but not yet scanned at the carrier facility.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first—they often have more precise GPS logs.
