What is the time limit for initiating a return?

Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

• Made-to-Order items (such as custom curtains, Roman shades, and blinds) are final sale and are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by BGment.

• Ready-Made items and hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Sample booklets and swatches are non-returnable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@bgment.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
