When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the type of product ordered and includes both processing (crafting) time and shipping transit time. All timeframes below are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Custom Curtains & Shades

These items are made to order based on your measurements and selections. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days, followed by 7–10 business days for shipping.

Estimated total delivery time: 14–20 business days.

Ready-Made Items & Hardware

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, with shipping taking an additional 5–7 business days.

Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days.

Samples / Swatches

Samples are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing on the same business day. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

The most accurate estimated delivery date will always be displayed at checkout, and tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
