What items are eligible for return?
Because most BGment products are custom-made, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
Made-to-Order Items (Custom Curtains, Roman Shades, Blinds)
Made-to-order items are crafted to your specifications and are not eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or style preference.
Custom items may only be eligible for a replacement or refund if the issue is caused by BGment, including:
- An incorrect item was produced or shipped
- The wrong liner was used
- A confirmed manufacturing defect
- The product received does not match the original order specifications
In these cases, the issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We may request clear photos of the product and packaging, and in some cases, the return of the original item before processing a replacement or refund.
Ready-Made Items & Hardware
Ready-made items and hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
