What if I accidentally ordered the wrong size or item?

Custom-made drapery is produced strictly according to the measurements you submit.

Orders placed with incorrect measurements, wrong item selection, or mistakes made by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

 For ready-made or hardware items, returns may be accepted if they meet the return criteria.
