Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

Exchanges are ONLY offered for damaged or broken items.

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • Must provide photos of the product AND packaging

  • Exchange item will match the exact original specifications (size, liner, header style, color)

Exchanges for different colors, sizes, or styles are not permitted.
