• Clearance or final-sale items

• Items that don’t fit due to customer measurement errors

• Color variations due to monitors, batch dye differences, or lining choices

• Items not liked due to personal preference (color, texture, weight, style)

• Orders placed by mistake

• Delayed delivery (if shipped within standard timeframes)

• Wrong shade rate expectation

• Change-of-mind after shipping
