Outside mount Measure the full length of your curtain rod.
Inside mount Measure the exact width of your window frame.

2. Measure the Height

Decide how you want your drapes to fall:

Above Floor (½") Extends just above the floor for a balanced, tailored look.
Kiss Floor Ends right at the floor for a classic, polished appearance.
Puddle (2") Lets the fabric gently puddle on the floor for a dramatic, luxurious effect.

Swatches are shipped separately and typically arrive within 6–9 business days.

Can I return custom curtains? +

Custom curtains are made to order and are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by BGment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days for shipping.
