Who pays for return shipping?

This depends on the reason:

If BGment is at fault

(e.g., wrong item, defect, incorrect liner)
→ We cover all shipping costs for the correction.

If the customer is at fault or the return is preference-based

→ Customer pays return shipping.
→ Refund amount = 80% of the original order total
(20% covers handling, packing, and shipping expenses)
